Telecommunications System Solutions (TSS) provides a complete network infrastructure deployment service, from early site surveys to installation, commissioning, and customer handover. It delivers critical components for key infrastructure projects, including demanding projects like exchange, data centres, mobile huts, commercial buildings, shopping centres, age care facilities, and hospitals.

Living Lines worked with Moheb and the TSS team to build a new brand identity. We created a capability statement to help the business stand out, aligning diverse services and building a cohesive point of difference. This document helped to summarise and reinforce the brand, with case study tables and icons providing maximum visual appeal. We helped to highlight the unique history, culture, vision, and services of TSS while presenting the company as a trusted market leader.

In addition, we redesigned the company website and crafted new signage for vans to create a stronger brand identity. We also created letterhead and content templates and a new impressive LinkedIn profile. With initial success, we developed a second capability statement for wireless services to showcase the company's ISO accreditation across all elements. With a stronger and more cohesive professional identity, TSS was able to build valuable new relationships with customers and wireless services.
